Hey everyone. I've spent months trying to get a monitor mount for this monitor and it has been a real mess. If anybody can hellp I'd really appreciate it.
This is NOT VESA compatible as the website said. I feel ripped off especially since I didn't figure it out until I had saved up to buy some nice arms long after the warranty expired.
This is a curved gaming monitor, listed as
HP 27x Curved Gaming Display, VESA® Mount, 7MW42AA#ABA
Product: 7MW42AA
I have the specs pulled up via the HP website pdf and on Office Depot website where I purchased it. They all say VESA mount compatible. However, there is no way to do that. Since it took me a while to save up for a monitor mount, when it arrived, and I realized there is no VESA capability though listed on the product, I'm not without the original stand and no mount. Since I work from home this is causing back pain since I can barely stand the thing up. I can't find a compatible vesa adapter either. Please help!
I would greatly appreciate some help on this. I'll be happy with an adapter. I have tried everything to get this to work and it has been a bunch of trouble for me. I'm quite disappointed, I just want this to work. Right now I feel like I spent a bunch of money for a headache. Any help would be appreciated. Even if you have tips on making my own adapter at this point, I'll take anything. SOS
I'm willing to buy replacement parts that I may have not received, an adapter, I'll make my own at this point.
Screenshots for more info. My back, neck, and head thank you if you can help me out!
