Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I believe this computer did a service on upgrade windows update to  7 service pack 2 and now I cannot see the display. White when it starts briefly. then fades to black I can hear the computer start up I put my password in and it boots.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

I suggest you check in the BIOS and let me know if you can see the display

 

Shut down the computer and upon restarting keep tapping on F10 till you see System Configuration Menu ( BIOS )

 

Let me know if you can view the BIOS
