Not able to increase the video dedicated memory as it is in 128MB

I am having 8gb internal graphic card. But my Dedicated video memory is 128. I am not able to increase my Dedicated video memory.

Sounds like you are looking at the wrong place. You are saying it has dedicated 8GB internal video card, it should have dedicated 8GB VRAM.

Where do you get the information ?

Total available Graphics memory: 8154MB

It has 16gb Ram. Is there anyway to increase the DVM.

Intel Iris video is NOT a dedicate GPU, it is iGPU and it is controlled by system, nothing you can do about that. It CAN ho up to 8GB depending on available system RAM when required

Integrated video (iGPU) does not have room for keeping VRAM, it relies on System. System will work this out and allocate/assign spare/available system RAM to VRAM automatically when required up to max limit. System will also take VRAM back when required (the number is dynamic, not fix). During the good old days, we could do this from BIOS but now OS is smarter.

Around 2021 people posted Youtube on internet saying they can change using Regedit. Many people try but the results are unpredictable.

When I bought the laptop (2023)the Dedicated memory was showing 2048mb. Now it showing as 128 MB. I am not sure how it changed. Because I compared it.with my old laptop. How it can be changed without any trouble or issue?
