Hello, tell me how to enable or check that the g-sync technology works on the HP 24x monitor? my GeForce GTX 1650 video card

No, your monitor is NOT compatible as shown on the following table

I've found the following information too.

I don't know why HP says one way and Nvidia says another way.

I called the support of Russia, I was told that it will probably work if there is a device with a chip, but this is marketing. I think I'll try to buy a display port and update the driver. And so in the monitor settings found Freesync-ON, attach a photoIMG_20201207_154009.jpg
