HP Elite Desk 800 G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good day,

I have a HP Elite Desk 800 G6 with a built in graphics card. I now want to install a Nvidia P620 v2 graphics card.

When I insert the graphics card into the relevant PCI slot and start the PC then the screen goes blank and nothing starts up. If I try to install the graphics card under Windows with latest driver I get the error message below.

Windows has been updated and is on latest W10 Pro. BIOS has also been updated.

Possible sources of error:

1. BIOS needs some setting to ensure that the graphics card is started - possible?

2. Graphics card has too high power requirements for motherboard - possible? P620 uses 40w and Motherboard has 240w as far as I can see

Any other leads?
