OMEN 27c QHD Curved 240Hz Gaming Monitor

My monitor (OMEN 27c) shows the following unexpected behavior (reproducible):

  1. System trigger "monitor off" after 5 minute

  2. All monitors including OMEN 27c go to sleep

  3. After 15 min, the system goes to hibernate mode (sleep)

    1. The two side monitors stay off (sleep)

    2. OMEN 27c "switches on" and displays: )
      Input Signal Not Found
      ....
      Display Going to Sleep
      2023-12-20-175453_002.jpeg

    3. OMEN 27c stays in that state forever!

Setup

  • System: Kubuntu 23.10

  • KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.8

  • GPU: RTX 2070

  • Monitor connection: DisplayPort

  • Nvidia Driver Version: 535.129.03

  • OMEN 27c Firmware: 1.0.3.0 (latest)

  • 3 monitors:

    • 1 x OMEN 27c (DisplayPort)

    • 2 x Dell 24” (DisplayPort)

Additional info

  • I already tested a lot of monitor setting like enabling/disabling “Auto-Sleep Mode” or “Auto Switch Input”

  • Factory reset and firmware upgrade did not help
  • The sleep mode basically works, but is “disturbed” as soon the system itself goes to sleep.

  • The 2 dell monitors work as expected

  • The previous monitor (S27A850) worked as expected

Is anyone experiencing a similar issue?
