@Moiz13, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Update your graphics drivers
Your OMEN 16-c0954nz likely has an NVIDIA or AMD GPU.
Press Win + X → Device Manager → Display adapters
Right-click your GPU (e.g., “NVIDIA GeForce RTX...” or “AMD Radeon...”) → click Update driver → Search automatically
Set power plan to High Performance
Go to Control Panel → Power Options
Select High performance (or Ultimate Performance if available under Windows 11 Pro)
Lower in-game settings
Reduce the graphics quality, resolution, and turn off features like anti-aliasing, ambient occlusion, and tessellation in Rise of the Tomb Raider.
Enable V-Sync to reduce GPU load.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
