Product: 780F9AA Omen by HP 27" Monitor
For over a year we have been having issues with most of our x27 and Omen 27 gaming FHD monitors.
the common issue involves HP Docking Stations (120, 240, 280 watts) and Z-Book laptops.
The Monitors every 1 to 2 hours will go blank for 2 to 3 seconds.
It never happens with EliteBook only seems to happen with zbook laptops.
Today I spoke with an HP support person and he tells me over the phone that the problem has to do mostly with the HP Docking thunderbolt docking stations - and there is no guarantee they will be compatible with each other.
I can't find ANY hp documentation about this issue...
