My Omen X 35 monitor not working on my Displayport? It works on HDMI 100%.

I fix the problem it wasn't anything to do with the cables. It's the settings on the side panel or monitor, it was set to HDMI I switch it to Displayport. Easy fix just go to the side controls on your monitor and change the input it only has two options.

Let's get straight to it!

 

Perhaps, you should try with an alternate known/working display port cable and check if that's working,

If the cable works on another device and yet it doesn't work on this monitor, you could also check if the display port of your computer works with another monitor, that way we could confirm if its the display port on the monitor or the one on the computer that's faulty, if it turns out to be the one on the monitor, please perform a factory reset on the monitor using the control OSD Menu on it and then, try again! Keep me posted with the results.
