Hi, I posted on here earlier today about wavy lines on my monitor. I've changed my monitor over and the wavy lines are now gone but the monitor has a menu lock on it and I'm unsure how to remove them. All I know is that the new monitor is a HP and has p233 written on the bottom left of the screen.

So my question is, how do I remove the menu lock?

Edit: I've added a image of the message below.

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
