In this part of screenshot there is a deadpixel and and cannot view the part of screen and in this screen shot it is not showing the dead pixel or blank screen

HP's dead pixel policy is about the same as other vendors

A dead pixel will show as black on a white screen or white on a black screen depending on whether the pixel is powered on or not.
Press ESC when turning on and run the screen test and take a picture of the problem with a digital camera or smart phone and upload. The picture you displayed above does now show anything useful that I could see.
