HP Pavilion 24-xa All-in-One Desktop PC (5KF24AV)

I'm trying to use two HP monitors with my Pavilion all-in-one.  When I plug a monitor into one of the HDMI ports it works, but when I plug in the 2nd monitor into the 2nd HDMI port, it doesn't.  Only one port works, the other one appears to be disabled.  I had this issue last year with Windows 10 so I'm sure that port was never enabled.  How do I enable it?

Thanks for getting back to me.  I'm using the monitors for work, projecting to a TV will not work.  The diagram you posted makes sense to me now.  One is input and one is output, so it won't work the way I want it to.  I ordered a USB C to Dual Monitors Adapter to Dual 4K HDMI.  Hopefully that will work.

Unaccountably, I was unable to lookup 5KF24AV in the HP web computer database.  Is 5KF24AV correct?  Maybe it is too new and not in yet

This is the best I could find

If you want to add an additional monitor you will need a USB to HDMI adapter (not just a cable) or you can cast or project using WiFi to a smart TV or monitor that has WiFi adapter or even Roku
