Pavilion 22xi
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi

My pavilion 22xi monitor doesn't seem to respond to anything. Once I turn it on, the power button works fine, and the monitor seems to be lit (though just showing a black screen), but it does not display anything (not even the if there is any signal) and all the other buttons make it get out of sleep mode, they do not do their function nor does the display change

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Please perform a Power Drain and try getting to BIOS

Unplug the Power Cord from your computer and press and hold the power button for 20 seconds.

Put back the Power Cord and upon restarting keep tapping on F10 till you see System Configuration Menu ( BIOS )

If you do not see the BIOS, please contact HP Support for Service Options

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support

Thank you
