Product: HP Pavilion 27xi 27-inch Diagonal IPS LED Backlit Monitor
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Screen goes black within hours and it doesn't turn back on. Power light stays lit white, unable to turn off or activate other buttons. This occurs when the computer is in idle, asleep, or in use. The monitor turns back on only when the power cord is disconnected and then reconnected.

 

I've tried troubleshooting using the following attempts, but the issue still occurs:

- Updated OS and Firmware

- Switched computers (Windows and Mac)

- Used different cables (DVI-D and VGA)

- Installed HP driver for monitor

- Hold the power button for 20 seconds to discharge, reconnected the power, and checked if the monitor goes blank or flickers.

- Factory reset on monitor
