HP 17 Laptop PC 17-c2000 IDS Base Model

I own an HP Laptop 17t-cn200. I have done exhaustive research, and I cannot seem to find out info re: compatibility of this model - (SN: [Personal Information Removed]) - and the use of pens/stylus such as "Windows Ink" on the touchscreen...(?) No one seems to agree and/or the info provided on forums is very vague. My computer's "System Info" seems to suggest that there are pens out there that would work... Can I use any compatible pens to interact with and write on the touchscreen or not? Or can I only use my finger? I would like to find out before purchasing one and finding out the hard way (i.e. being disappointed and out 70+ dollars).

The series does NOT have option for a pen. Please check System > About, you should see similar
