How do I permanently disable the touch screen on my all in one?  I know how to disable it each time I boot up by using Device Manager, but I want it to not enable when the system boots.  Any thoughts/help?

I appreciate all your efforts in troubleshooting this issue

We can try making some changes in the registry and that might help

1. Search for and open regedit

2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Wisp\Touch

3. Create a new DWORD (32 bit) with the name TouchGate

4. Doubleclik on the newly ceated DWORD and make sure it has the value 0

(0 = touch disabled, 1 = touch enabled)

5. Restart the computer

You can refer to this Microsoft Link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-hardware/permanently-disable-touchscree...

Let me know how it goes

Thank you and Happy New Year 😊
