Hi,
This is only the second day with this new PC. The first issue we encountered today was small blue pixels appearing across the screen. This was followed by no display at all.
After checking all cables and even changing screens we got the monitor working again but still experiencing these issues. Eventually several notifications appeared stating "Applications blocked from accessing graphics hardware", "Search App.exe Blocked fro......., "ShellExperienc blocked from........", Systemsettings blocked from............."
We are also experiencing large block pixelation when scrolling or moving mouse. We've also seen various horizontal lines appearing on screen.
Also noticed we are unable to type in the windows search bar in the task bar (bottom left of screen).
Any suggestions? HP not open to assist.
