Hi, I have a pop up camera on my all in one desktop PC.  When the camera is hidden it appears to connect fine to the Camera App.  However, as soon as I pop the camera up it loses connection and the App can't find it - the error message is 0xA00F4244<NOCAMERASAREATTACHED> As soon as I pop the camera back down again the App finds the camera again, albeit showing a black screen.  Any ideas gratefull received.

You may uninstall and reinstall webcam software by following the steps listed below:

  1. In Windows, search for and open Add or remove software.
  2. Select your webcam software, and then click Uninstall.
  3. Go to the webcam software website to install the latest version of the software.

You may also refer to the steps from this document. (Click on the word document to open the web page).

I hope this helps.
Have a good day.
