Product: HP ProBook 470 G8 or HP 240 G8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)


Hello,
I have a problem when I connect my mini dock all to 2 PCs (they are connect in USB-C)
ethenet cable and usb work on the dock, but not work on the monitor
everything is update on the PC and the dock
but I don't see the new monitor going up in the task manager

do you have an idea?

Looks like USB-C port on the 470 G8 does not support Alt mode therefore no display out. The 240 G8 probably has same specs for USB-C port.

I thought that all the usb-c managed the video cards ...
