Hola me acabo de comprar Hp Pavilion x360 14-ek1xxx Tengo un problema con la compatibilidad de mi con la aplicación Hp pen control, cuando la descargo me dice que mi dispositivo no es compatible con la aplicación.

Además, ya he realizado todas las actualizaciones que me solicitaba el dispositivo

¿El dispositivo puede tener algún defecto?

¿Podrían aconsejarme que hacer
