Microsoft Windows 11

I am having real problems with video lag and judder. This happens when I am using apps such as Netflix and Disney+, the sound plays absolutely fine but the video jumps and judders really badly. It is not a connection issue as I have an Ethernet Powerline kit connected directly to the back of the PC and the speeds are testing at 45mbps plus.

I have updated every driver, I have cleaned the disc, I have checked for Windows Updates, I have checked for bad sectors on the disc, all to no avail.

The issue seems to have improved a bit when I access Netflix vis Chrome, however in app the quality is shocking. PSNow is unplayable.

Really disappointing as the PC is of a decent spec and I've only had it a few weeks. It runs internet, office programmes, spotify, Teams and Zoom like an absolute dream. However if you go near anything with video or game, it falls apart unfortunately. I can sit in exactly the same spot with my Chromebook and play video with no issues whatsoever.,

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it!

@Vald84 -- HP seems to have many models, with different specifications.

Can you open the Windows "Task Manager" while running (slowly?) one of those games,

and switch to its "Performance" tab, to see the percent-busy for your CPU, your RAM, your disk-drive, and your Internet connection.  Is there a "bottleneck" in one of these components?
