Hi,

My first post.

I have a 2nd hannd Prodesk 400 G4 mini pc, that recently, one of the display ports has stopped working.

I have cables, DP to VGA and DP to HDMI.

Both cables work fine in the right port, but neither work in the left port.

When trying to detect screens, windows says it does not detect another screen.

 

Any ideas?

I just ran into the same problem you had. Check what video driver is installed. Mine had a generic Microsoft driver from 2006 and HP's driver detection tool never recommended the updated video driver for me but there is Intel version 30.0.101.1339 Rev.P from June 14, 2022 available for download. This driver has fixed the issue.
