Pavilion 25bw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 2 Pavilion 25bw monitors, each connected to two different PCs.  The problem is only on one of them.  Without any warning, the Quick View menu just comes on and starts cycling through all the options over and over.  The problem is intermittent.  I have verified the problem exists regardless of which of the two PCs currently has the active input, eliminating that this is a PC issue.  The other monitor has no problems.

Suggestions?

Yes I have reset to default; numerous times.  (BTW the only thing I had ever changed from the default was the default input.)  That has not helped.  It is intermittent; in spurts.  When I posted this article, there had been a few days of this occurring multiple times per day.  It has been a couple weeks now with no incident.  But I have been here before; it's only a matter of time till it happens again.

Additional info: when the Quick View menu is up and doing its cycling through all the options, the whole control panel is 100% unresponsive, touching any of the buttons does nothing, even the power button.  Only way to get it out of its cycle is to pull the power plug on the back.

Will HP Support even work with me on this seeing as the monitor is out of warranty?  I'm starting to think the circuitry of the control panel, specifically the Quick View button, is failing intermittently.  To replace the monitor would not be too bad, except because I have two, and the other one is fine, and it's important to me to have the appearance of symmetry of the two monitors for practical multiple monitor work, I hate to end up with a replacement that doesn't match forcing me to replace both.  Thanks in advance.
