@Anupam1231, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.
If your HP 22yh Display is showing RGB color blinking, it typically indicates a signal issue or a hardware-related problem. Here are some steps to help you troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
Check Cable Connections
- Ensure the HDMI/VGA cable is securely connected to both the monitor and the PC.
- Try using a different cable or port to rule out a faulty connection.
Test with Another Device
- Connect the monitor to a different computer or laptop.
- If the RGB blinking persists, the issue is likely with the monitor itself.
Reset Monitor to Factory Settings
- Use the monitor’s On-Screen Display (OSD) menu.
- Navigate to Factory Reset and confirm the reset.
Check Display Settings on PC
- Right-click on the desktop → Display Settings.
- Ensure the resolution is set to the monitor’s native resolution (1920x1080).
- Click Advanced Display Settings → Set refresh rate to 60Hz.
Update Graphics Drivers
- Open Device Manager → Expand Display adapters.
- Right-click your graphics card → Update driver.
- Alternatively, download the latest drivers from your GPU manufacturer’s website (Intel, AMD, or NVIDIA).
Try Safe Mode
- Boot your PC into Safe Mode to see if the issue persists.
- If the blinking stops, it may be a software or driver conflict.
Inspect for Physical Damage
- Check the monitor for any visible damage or loose internal components.
I hope the information shared has been useful and resolves your concern.
