EliteOne G3 FHD Touch

HI,

I'm having issue with one year old EliteOne G3 with discrete graphics card Radeon RX 460.

The problem is very poor colors on the screen (looks like 16bit colors or lower) and visible color bandings. Generally the quality of the pictures and videos is very low compared to other computers I work on (also HP). Even the original Windows 10 desktop theme has visible pixels on it.

The problem is replicated to an external screen once connected over HDMI so it is a graphics/driver issue and not the display itself.

I discovered the problem seems to be repaired each time when I reinstall graphics drivers but only until next reboot.

After a reboot the same poor colors come back.

I reported issue to HP support but my ticket was closed claiming it is Windows 10 issue.

EliteOne G3 has been promoted as high end desktop but the quality of display is from 90's.

Any help and suggestions is appreciated.

I have tried many things and drivers but it does not help.
