I have gone through the same exact troubleshooting steps as Trexas_Mom.

Come someone at HP please put me in contact with my support group, so I can send my computer in and get this fixed. I have had my PC over a year and have barely used it. The touchscreen should still be working!!

Just wanted to add some more info for others with same issue. Please seach the same subject line in the search tab to see the original post from Trexas_Mom.

This is where I am at.

My touchscreen stopped working after 2 years of having this PC and very minimal use. I contacted support and since it is past 2 years they want me to pay $60 to even look at the issue. They agree most likely it is hardware related, but yet i have to shell out the cash. I will make sure to update my comments on the site I bought this PC from. Do NOT buy a HP unless you get an extended warranty. Worst customer service in the industry. If you have this issue hope you have an extended warranty. Otherwise the cost is most likely not worth getting fixed. Which is just wrong on HP's end
