I am writing this because my computer has experienced this red screen tint instead of the normal colors. I have an hp envy 34 all-in-one pc. I have tried restarting the pc and it shows regular colors for a few seconds before it turns red. I do not know what is the cause of this issue and have tried looking around the internet but so far haven’t found any questions or answers regarding this issue, I bought this all in one computer within a year. Please help me find a solution to this. Could it be a gpu issue? This all in one monitor only has one button and that’s to power it off and on.
UPDATE: After speaking to someone from HP, they happily assisted me through the process. The issue was the Intel UHD Graphics Driver. They told me to uninstall the driver and that fixed it for a bit until I restarted my computer and the issue returned. After that they completely disabled the Intel UHD graphics driver and after a restart the colors reverted back to normal. After that they did a few updates to my computer to make sure I was up to date with the windows OS.
TLDR: Issue was the Intel UHD Graphics Driver, it was disabled and the screen works normally again
Hope this helps anyone who has this computer and they ever have similar issues.
