HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an All-in-one, 23.8" desktop.  Getting Migraines from computer.  Doctor says it is from staring at monitor.  Tried to increase refresh rate, but only choice is 60 htz..   Any way to change this to a faster refresh rate?
