OMEN 27i Monitor

Hi there,

I was wondering if it is possible to repair only the screen of my HP OMEN 27i 8AC94AA. Something fell against it, and its totally broken. I really loved this screen.

Is it possible to order this particular item? Can I do it myself? should a specialist repair it for me and if so, is it worth the cost?

Thank you for your time to reply.

Freddie

@SBFreddie, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

I'm sorry to hear about the damage to your HP OMEN 27i (8AC94AA) screen. Unfortunately, the screen cannot be repaired if it's cracked or shattered. The only viable solution is to replace the entire display assembly.

I suggest you reach out to the nearest HP Authorised service center for personalized assistance. They can provide one-on-one help to fix the problem.

Note: There might be a nominal charge for the service they provide.
