In this case, the only way - if there is one - to replace the screen is to have it done (probably) by HP Support or at a regular repair depot. That assumes the screen is available. Even if it could be done, the repair would be expensive because it is essentially a complete rebuild of the system.
These units are not repairable in the field - "All in One" is convenient ... until it breaks.
My opinion:
Purchase new, better, fancier. Consider how / if your needs have changed - need / want Touchscreen - need want to use a Stylus (Touchscreen and Stylus use are not automatically the same thing).
Using Social Media? All-in-One systems are nice for this because they already include the larger screen.
