Hi have the HP monitor "HP 24M, LED monitor, 23.8"" (see image).
The stand / mount has broken. It is detachable from the screen itself. But I can't find a replacement anywhere online. The screen works great. But without the desk stand it's not usable. Please direct me to where I can buy the replacement part

There are a lot of different HP 24-inch monitors out there, each with different stands.
You'll have to carefully take a look at your defective stand, and compared it with one of these potential stand replacements:
