@Mumma2nine9,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

Unfortunately, screen replacements for laptops are most often very expensive, and that appears to be the case with your HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-d0072 (13Z68AA) as well.  According to: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06908164, your screen specs are: 27" diagonal, FHD (1920 x 1080), touch, IPS, three-sided micro-edge, BrightView, 250 nits, 72% NTSC.

The least expensive replacement screen I could find online costs $380: https://www.ebay.com/itm/124536506161?hash=item1cfef44731:g:4Y0AAOSwfKNiDvOU&amdata=enc%3AAQAHAAABAP..., or $385 here: HP 27-D 27-d0072 27" Borderless LCD Screen All-in-One Touchscreen FHD (lcdguarantee.com).

And unless you are comfortable installing a new screen yourself, you may still have to outsource this job to a PC repair shop which will charge you for it.

To be honest, in my experience, many users determine at this point that it is not worth the cost of this kind of a repair.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
