Replacement screen for all in one, non touch screen

Hello, I'm looking for a where I can find a replacement part for my broken display. Every option I see with my own searches come from overseas and the shipping is double the price.

Make sure you check reviews before buying anything. For example the two really bad reviews for the following 23 inch panel

If you do not use the touch feature the non-touch are cheaper.  Contact seller to verify non-touch works.

I was unable to find an hp parts store with that panel looking at the following
