Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Is it possible to get higher resolution on this screen? There is no driver for this on HP's support pages, so use 60 hertz (1920 x 1080) as your choice. But this screen is capable to show better resolution?

Unfortunately not - the HP 27es supports up to 1920 x 1080 (FHD) resolution.
