@WendellG

Did you buy a monitor yourself because machine does not include a monitor:

What is the monitor (brand, model) ? How do you connect them ?

Regards.

@WendellG

You closed your post already. What is the result now ? I did ask one questio: how do you connect them. Your monitor is a 4K monitor but your machine only has HDMI and VGA out, no more information which version of HDMI port.

    https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05735296

Please try to use HDMI 2.0 version cable, hope this helps.

It may ONLY support 1920 x 1080 @60Hz max and you have to use lower resolution.

Regards.

Then I closed it by mistake. This was my first posting and trying to get used to it. It uses VGA cords. One from the monitor to the tower. Then the power cord to the wall. I’m very sorry that I screwed up by closing this as I did not mean too and I certainly appreciate you helping me
