Did you buy a monitor yourself because machine does not include a monitor:
https://www.cnet.com/products/hp-pavilion-570-p077cb-mt-a12-9800-3-9-ghz-8-gb-2-tb-us/specs/
What is the monitor (brand, model) ? How do you connect them ?
Regards.

You closed your post already. What is the result now ? I did ask one questio: how do you connect them. Your monitor is a 4K monitor but your machine only has HDMI and VGA out, no more information which version of HDMI port.
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05735296
Please try to use HDMI 2.0 version cable, hope this helps.
It may ONLY support 1920 x 1080 @60Hz max and you have to use lower resolution.
Regards.
