Envy All in One 27-b212na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

You Tube video (or in fact any video) stutters and blanks completely in Full Screen mode.  Seems to work fine in  normal mode.

It not due to network problems because my old Envy 47 b101 played video back flawlessly.

@JohnBarrat Welcome to HP Community!

Is it only when youtube is on full screen mode that it crashes or is it on other websites as well?

And is this a youtube application on windows or are you using any browser? if its a browser, which one is it?

Have you tried with an alternate web browser? if yes, which ones did you try?

Meanwhile, I suggest you update the adobe flash player using this link: click here
