Product: all in one 24-f0047c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i insert a SD card and my videos upload but when i go to watch them they only play for a a couple seconds then the video freezes. the line at the bottom still moves across the screen as if it was still playing and i can also hear the sound from the video till the end..any suggestions??

Do you know the format of your video ? Please download and install the following Video Player software

 

   http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html

 

I will play nearly all video formats.
