HP 15-da1041TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer screen is stuck at updating at 30% and my screen was suddenly scrambled into pixels of black and blue.

I have made no heavy installations in the past few days, my recent activity was shutting down while some internet browser tabs were open, just a few hours ago.

My screen is stuck and doesn't seem to be able to bring back the original display.

@Blackbox04,

I reviewed your post and I understand that the screen is stuck on updating and you are getting a pixelated screen.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you hard shutdown the computer by pressing and holding the power button until the computer goes off and then turn on the computer and check whether it boots to Windows normally.

If you continue facing the issue, then follow the steps in the below article.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
