Product: HP All-in-One PC 24-dp1000i (1K783AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

There has been abnormal delay in replacement of screen at the repair centre. First the support centre raise their hands and asks to contact repair centre. Sent the PC once, they sent back and told they would get in touch. I had to call back and they told me to send the PC to the centre again. It's been almost a month with this issue with no resolution. Last week I sent my help to the centre and was told that part is not available. Not sure who to reach or what to do. First time bought HP product and totally disillusioned by the service. 

Reaching out for some advice. Thank you.
