I have a HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q116 Windows 10, 64 bit. I need to figure out how to remove glare from the screen that is really bad on my glasses.
I tried adjusting the brightness within display settings and it didn't do much. I haven't been able to find any camera settings.

You say "glare" -- but that is a REFLECTION from the screen and that happens because it has a glossy finish. Screens with a matte finish do not have glare.
If you look online, you might be able to find a screen protector that has a matter finish -- and applying that will get rid of the glare -- although it will also darken the screen.
