Product: HP 18-5120in All-in-One Desktop PC (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I did replaced my all in desktop monitor under 1 year warrenty but in few months it started having pixel problem and now there a black rectangle in center. Service Center guys whom i got it replaced screen from rejected to resolve the issue rudely where can i get it resolved.

To identify if the issue is software or hardware related, kindly restart your computer and enter BIOS.

 

If the issue still persists, it means the issue is hardware-related issue. 

 

If the issue is not available in BIOS, it means the issue is software related. Kindly uninstall the graphics card driver with this free DDU tool:

Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.5.5 (guru3d.com)

 

Then, download and install the latest graphics card driver from the link below:
