Screen is messed up.

Hello. One day I was surfing on the web and then my screen decides to show me a red screen mixed with some white. I decided to boot it up one day and huzzah! Still messed up but wayyyy better. I had to pull out the old monitor to see what was going on. That was how horrible it used to be. Can anyone figure out how to fix this? Note:Green line has been there for a year. Also, I tried doing online support but when it sees I don’t have a warranty it doesn’t give me an agent. Is that how it works. If you don’t pay you don’t get help? That’s pretty horrible if you ask me.

if you can connect a screen in HDMI and it works, it will certainly need a repair.
it can be quite expensive, try to find a specialist to quote
