Screen issues

My screen has a big black spot (like a long box-unfortunately cannot upload pictures here) on top and stripes going in various directions. I did not use it often but need it now urgently. The warranty is still valid. I live in Brussels, Belgium. I’m trying for hours to get help from HP but the phone service is only available in French in Belgium, then I somehow tried to get in touch with customer service through WhatsApp at a French number (somehow found it on the Belgian website) and then after a lengthy conversation the guy said he is only working for customers in the UK. A nightmare of customer service, just want an email or proper form in English or German and get the screen fixed or a new one. I can send pictures but seems not possible here.
