Screen panel broken after unfortunate desktop flip

with broken screen. Computer turn on but there's black screen with white lines so dunno what's happening..

I tried to connect second screen by hdmi but it doesn't work.

I took the screen panel off to get model number and I see besides two connectors,  there's third one with word TOUCH. Is that mean I can change order for touch panel instead?

Also in place where RAM suppose to be there's metal cage. I tried to search online this motherboard but no such thing appears on any models shown
