Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello
I am finding it impossible to get any after warranty support for my hp all in one in chennai/India.
I want to replace my screen as it has developed a line and behaves erratically. Otherwise the pc is all fine.
Model: 23q141in
System ID: 2B45
Product ID: N4R49AA#ACJ
How do i find the part details or order a replacement?
Thanks
Raajesh

take it to a repair shop
or (this is what your shop does and knows)
remove it the LCD actual
and read the words on the REAR of naked panel, and p/n on the rear
then google for that PN or on ebay
if the panel is not in google this, HP parts surfer for you PC, then there is none at HP.
all shops know what to do, let them?
NO warranty answers by me.
