Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 27-ca1000a (4N430AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an AIO that will not initiate the screen saver or place the computer to sleep.  I have tried everything short of reinstalling Windows 11 (which I do not want to do).

 

I feel there is something running that is keeping the computer awake but can't ID it.  Any suggestion on how to see what may be the culprit?

 

Any other steps I can use to get this going?
