Pavilion all in one

My desktops screen went black and I can’t get it back on. At first I could hear it come on but now it’s not making any sound but I can feel it running. HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a020xt CTO

I have gone through your Post and I understand your concerns

 

Please try a Power Reset.

 

  1. Turn off the computer. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the computer.

  2. With the power off and the power cord disconnected, press the Power button on the computer for 5 seconds. The power light indicator, which is on the power button or near it, might turn on briefly but then it goes off.

  3. Reconnect the power cord and turn on the computer.

If the issue persists please contact HP Support for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
