Product: HP27f
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP computer and two HP monitors. I cannot get the second monitor to work. Each monitor works individually, but i can't get them both to work. I am trying to run them both off HDMI but the second monitor says HDMI inactive: check video cable and video source. It seems as though only one of my HDMI ports is working but it is a new computer so that doesn't make sense. I have tried plugging into the HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 and neither are working.

What is your machine ? It should have a label at its back.
Regards.
