HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 11

I had an older Dell computer that crashed.  Went to Best Buy and purchased an HP Envy PC #TPE01-3000i (4M0M1AV).

With the Dell, I had a single video display output that with to a docking station thru an A/B switch so that I can have my work laptop plugged in and switchover and back as needed, utilizing both monitors without any issues (both computers share the monitors).

With the HP system, it doesn't register (work via) the switch or docking station.  I am forced to turn off one computer to use the other.

The back of the computer has an HDMI port and a VGA port, with various USB ports.  I don't see a 'display' port.

Any advise to get the switch/docking station setup to work would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
