Hi @Aseelah,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand how  it can be when your third monitor isn’t being recognized, dont worry let me try helping you with this.

Here are some general steps you can try right away:

01.Detect Display Manually

Windows may not automatically recognize new monitors.

Right-click on desktop → Display settings → Scroll down → Detect- Click Detect to force Windows to search for connected displays.

Check if the third monitor appears in the layout.

02.Update Graphics Drivers

Outdated drivers can limit multi-monitor support.

Go to Device Manager → Display adapters → Intel Graphics → Update driver- Select Search automatically for drivers.

Restart your PC after updating.

03.Check Display Mode

Incorrect display mode may hide the third monitor.

Press  Windows + P - Cycle through options: Extend, Duplicate, or Second screen only.

Choose Extend to use all monitors together.

If after these steps the third monitor still isn’t recognized, it’s possible that the integrated Intel Graphics in your PC may not support more than two external displays simultaneously.

I hope this helps.

I'm an HP Employee.
